NFT Redemption Questions​

Do you need an app?​

To get started, you’ll need to install the Berify app from your device’s app store. Once installed, sign up for an account and log in.

How to connect my Wallet?​

When redeeming your NFT, you can connect your MetaMask wallet or create a Berify wallet within the Berify app. When connecting to MetaMask, ensure that your MetaMask wallet is set to the Polygon Chain. If you do not set it to Polygon, you will not be able to see your NFT.

How to Redeem NFT?​

Scan the Berify NFC tag and navigate to the Product Details page after clicking View Experience. On the top of the product details page, you will see a Redeem NFT button if an NFT is available for redemption. Follow on screen directions to proceed.

How to view Token and Transaction Details?​

From the NFT Details page, you can swipe left to access the NFT metadata. Click on the tokenID to view the token transaction details.

How can I redeem my NFT?​

You must download the "Berify" app & create an account for the best experience. Follow the prompts by clicking ‘Redeem’ to connect your wallet ready for redemption.
